The Principals and Headteachers of our academies are part of the Executive Group contributing to strategic issues at Trust level.

Holly Bembridge

Holly is Principal of King Edward VI College, Stourbridge.  With two decades’ experience as a teacher and leader in colleges across London, she has a record of driving up quality and developing leaders.  She now chairs the national Sixth Form Colleges’ Association Quality and Curriculum Committee and sits on its Council.   Holly read English at King’s College, Cambridge.  She co-ordinates our group of sixth form colleges.

Catherine Brearey

Catherine Brearey

Catherine is Principal of Hereford Sixth Form College and also has a strong record of success achieving Hereford Sixth Form College’s recent outstanding inspection result and report.  She works with senior colleagues within the Trust to ensure all our operations are drawn together and co-ordinated.

Ed Senior

Ed Senior

Ed has been Principal at Worcester Sixth Form College since 2018 having been Deputy Principal for 10 years beforehand and in leadership positions since joining in 2001. His primary focus has been on leadership and quality. Ed has 33 years’ experience of working in sixth form colleges having previously worked at Farnborough. 

Nicola Clear

Nicola has over 30 years experience in 5 different educational institutions and was Deputy Head at The Chantry School between 2014 and 2024 before assuming the role of Headteacher in September 2024. Nicola is looking forward to augmenting the school’s contribution and role within the Trust.

Julian Morgan

Julian Morgan

Julian is proud to be the Headteacher of John Kyrle High School and Sixth Form Centre. History teacher by trade with BA (Hons) in Modern History and MA in Educational Leadership. Has undertaken a variety of educational leadership roles including previous Headships in both Staffordshire and Wiltshire as well as Regional Director for a large Multi-Academy Trust.
